Pozo de Vidrio
An immersive installation housing an animated diorama of a submerged Galician schoolroom, narrating local folklore through mechatronic storytelling.
An immersive interactive installation featuring a 2-meter stone-clad well structure housing an animated diorama of a submerged Galician schoolroom. The piece synthesizes folklore with mechatronic engineering, employing lights, spatial audio, and proximity sensors to narrate the legend of an underwater village.
The art-piece was a part of the Ollo de Vidrio Exhibition, curated by a Germán Labrador Méndez.
It was a collaboration with my friend and noted Spanish Philosopher, Pablo Jarauta.
The sound was designed by my talented friend, Iván Ferrer-Orozco.
