Laia Abril's "Luto" combines a performance, a single-channel video (9 min 39 sec), and a photographic triptych (pigment inkjet prints on Hahnemühle paper, 230 × 389 cm overall) at the Conservatorio di Musica Benedetto Marcello in Venice.
I provided on-site technical support for the piece which involved creating a system so her videos can be played at proper resolution on the Sony TV from the 80s to create the effect she wanted.
