Computational Meditations is a performance where the artist guides the audience through a meditation routine using music that is computed in real-time by the artist. Certain elements of the meditation like breathing tempo and sonic tension are influenced by the generated audio.
The performance tries to create a relaxed feeling in the audience through an audio experiment and critiques the modern mindfulness movement. The performance is followed by a brief discussion on experience and ethics of mindfulness. Photos : Dasha Ilina
