Brillómetro transforms ambient light intensity into an audiovisual Geiger-counter experience: a light sensor continuously measures lux, driving the rate of synthesized click sounds through a speaker while a 4-digit display shows the live reading. The brighter the environment, the more intense the "radiation" activity.

Built on an ESP32-C3 with a I2S light sensor, seven segment display, and an I2S amplifier and a purely algorithmic Geiger-counter sound using Poisson distribution sampling.

Shown at Calima Express by Juf Project Collective, San Sebastián, 2026.
